In 2008 VML Production launches the mega web portal for all electronic music listeners in the world but especially for hard dance listeners.
 

MyKey thinks that XOD has to move forward: without the ones that were, just with the ones that remained and especially with the ones that will join. So all you out there who believe in these 3 words, shout : Never Too Loud! In june 2007, any outdoor XOD event was banned by Bucharest city hall, but MyKey will strike again, all amplified in his particular style !

MyKey gives up college at the Romanian-American University to dedicate himself entirely to the project.
VML Production presents XOD-Last Warning event: what in 2000 was only a spark and very few still believed in MyKey, he managed with the help from [Dj Fum, Dash&Late, Robbie Jay, Groove 909, Option Zer0, Rasha&Zino, Dj B Noise, Snatt, Tili, but especially with the help from the management of Club Eclipse [ex- Space Bucharest] and Vali to pull off the first megasession event in Romania: 12 hours non-stop mixing // 11 djs from//7 cities // 3 back2backs //1 back2back on 4 discs // 1 Mc // After Hours [and with NO Sponsor]. Last Warning has confirmed once again that the romanian public wasn’t ready for this kind of event. Many have discredited XoD and with that MyKey, who once more, with a PERSONAL investment, proved that what he does is for the respect he has towards musical culture. Most believed he would stop here ... but they were wrong.

Under a new slogan-NEVER TOO LOUD, XOD[Xtreme Of Dj`s] becomes the main brand of VML Production. A new plan is set in motion, one which adopts some of the objectives from SVS, but revolves around a more complex mission. A more evolved idea of a mega-act takes shape and it’s new objective becomes advertising the slogan nationwide along with drawing the largest community which share a common thought: NEVER TOO LOUD!

VML Production center was launched, but legalized in september 2006.

Groove 909 from Aerophobia sought by MyKey to join the project. Then takes place a radical change in the concept of the underground movement, shifting it’s main objective now to promoting electronic music in all forms and coordinate the biggest event of it’s kind in Romania. Although unsure of MyKey’s plans, Groove 909 joins the idea unconditionally and remains one of the closest support for the project. Trying to promote and impose himself as an MC first, he cooperates for some time with some romanian underground producers.

MyKey Luciano, (alias Mc M.V. Rivas back then) launches his first project. A typical underground project at the time, which saw more outside support than local, but to no real succes to the public because of the variety of styles which overflooded the market. The project’s main goal was to promote the more “hard” side of electronic music, as an alternative to the inferior quality of the music advertised at that time.
